Lars finds his inspiration from a multitude of sources.. Pop Culture, Fashion, Music, People, and World Captures, just to name a few. He's usually working in his studio near Central Park, on the Upper West Side, or out in Fire Island Pines...
Over the last 20 years, Lars, a designer by trade, has launched top tier collections for Polo Jeans, Pelle Pelle, FUBU, Nautica, Tom of Finland, and Todd Oldham. He views his artwork as an extension of his design background and a modern fusion of PopArt photography, and Fine Art painting.
The Collector Car series, hangs in many top collections, and Celebrity "garages". Two of his 1969 Camaro's, now reside in a certain late night talk show hosts garage. Two of his GTO's, are now in the collection of a world famous athlete. His Portraits, Collector Cars, Paintings and Abstracts, also have been acquired by Collectors, Stylists, Interior Designers, and many other Celebrities as well.
The Portrait Series, and the Collector Car Series, are the most sought after of Lars' Art, and his "MuseumMount/Plexiglas" collections are in very high demand. Each image is limited to only 500 prints per color, per size, and are All, hand signed.
